Withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs

Withdrawing from alcohol and other drugs can be dangerous and difficult, especially if you're coming off alcohol, benzodiazepines, GHB or ketamine. It's really important to get as much support as possible, including medical care.

The Alcohol and Drug Foundation is a good place to start to learn about withdrawal.
