Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Understand your thoughts and feelings and choose behaviour based on your values. Manage anxiety, depression,
substance abuse, chronic pain and intrusive, unwanted thoughts.

Reduce stress, anxiety, traumatic responses and overwhelming thoughts, feelings and sensations with body-based techniques such as breathwork, grounding and progressive muscle relaxation.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Identify, understand, explore and transform your emotions, connecting you with your inner world and other people, to restore your vitality and deepen your relationships.

Build skills and develop behaviours to strengthen your relationships, to you better manage depression, grief or life transitions.

My sessions generally include a psychoeducation component so you can better understand your mental health and the way different treatments work.

Understand your motivations and resolve what's holding you back from change.
